Creating a Sharable Link

  • Go to http://www.Signup.com
  • Login with your personal login and password
  • Go to your “Dashboard
  • Select your Event and click it
  • You should see a Calendar view like this:

  • Look on the LEFT side of the Calendar to the 3rd option “Create a Link”

  • Click “Create a Link” and you’ll see this box pop up:

  • Copy the code in the green box which says “Invite people to sign up…” (Control +C)
  • Close the green box
  • Close the Calendar View by clicking the Red Box which says “Close” or “Close and Unlock”
  • From your own email program, write an email to your volunteers or class parents.
    •  include the link to your Sign-Up by pasting the code (Control + V) in your email, like this:
